These pieces grew from an initial black and white exploration done on a square format. From those I created several smaller 12” round pieces that culminated with an introduction of color that has continued with the 15” round pieces. I work in a non-objective practice and look for each piece to engage in a visual dialog not only with myself but, hopefully, the viewer as well.
